moses basket (we don't have Jaan's hammock any more, nor do we have the room to set it up in our small house, plus I'd rather cosleep with both kids, and a moses basket seems a good option to begin with, I couldn't keep an infant in a cot, and with Jaan and the pets and me ... yeah, moses basket or lie-on-a-blanket seems sensible.
